Tiivistelmä:In the period when joint stock companies are coming into existence in our system we are paying special attention to the legal and organizational forms of these companies. It is a fact that companies are not a homogeneous organism, but an association full of internal conflicts. The author has tried to present basic conflicts between company and firm and the bearers of individual interests. The interests of a firm as instrument of society are not identical with the interest of the company. The company's interest is to have great reserves and guaranteed good working conditions, while the interest of a firm is to make profit. The organs of a company are bearers of different interests by its legal conception. So administration should be the bearer of interests of the firm, while the supervisory assembly should protect the interests of the company, where it must not jeopardize the economically grounded interests of the firm.Assembly is the organ of the company in whose framework individual interests of shareholders and/or partners are being carried into effect. The conflicts of interests in combined companies and protection of the workers is also presented in the article.
