| Tiivistelmä: | The purpose of the constitutional human right to social security and social insurances, by means of which the right is realized, is, that individuals are guaranteed security of income in the case of loss of earnings due to motherhood, illness, disability, old age (retirement) or unemployment.As indemnities from social insurances guarantee individuals the means for living on the ground of contributions they have paid, it is possible to encroach upon anticipated rights only if it is necessary for the protection of general public interest and if the encroachments upon the anticipated income of the insured are not excessive. |
