| Tiivistelmä: | This article reviews a number of models of management competence and discusses the pedagogical issues surrounding the teaching of management education and development at undergraduate level. It outlines the findings of a research project concerning the management education needs of science graduates as perceived by graduates, academics and employers. The results indicate that those competencies perceived as being important are also perceived as requiring greater attention at undergraduate level. |
