| Tiivistelmä: | Multivariate statistical process control uses the relationships between variables to improve the detection of assignable cause in processes. An event might not be flagged as unusual from individual monitoring of several variables, but it can appear as quite unusual in a multivariate control chart. A projection approach to designing multivariate control schemes is presented. The projection results in a chart that is easy to understand, compute and analyze. |
