| Tiivistelmä: | A serial of policy measures to control inflation, adopted by the state in recent two years began to produce marked effect this year. The range of price increase of general price level had kept one-digit number for six months running From Jan. to May, the range of retail price increase nationwide rose by 7.4% accumulative, compared with the same period of last year. And the price index of the consumption of the whole country's residents rose by 9.3% accumulative. It is estimated that price will rise by 9.3% in the second half of the year, the retail price, by 8.35% and the price of residents' consumption, by 11% or so. |
