| Tiivistelmä: | If a country wants to make its economy develop healthily, it can not neglect the problems arising from the unbalanced regional development. China as a big country must attach more importance to easing the contradiction of unbalanced regional development. Therefore, it should take as an important basic national policy, the formulation and implementation of effective policy of regional development. The new situation of regional development at present requires new policies of regional development, such as policies on promoting regional economic development by means of legislation and combination of the state's intervention with inducing the production potential of local areas. |
