| Tiivistelmä: | The medium-and small-sized enterprises have unique functions in such aspects as expanding employment, invigorating market, improving people's life and stabilising society. They are many in quantity, large in proportion, small in the scale of output, low in the level of technology and equipment, pluralism in subject of investment and poor in organisation With reform and opening up as well as the enlarged function of market mechanism, they are developing rapidly. To reform their system, we can take the main modes, such as unity, merger, company-oriented reform, share holding system, leasing, contract, principal agent, auction and transfer as well as bankruptcy. |
