| Tiivistelmä: | If you think the line between loafing and working ist getting fuzzier, it is. Many HR executives are expressing similar frustration in managing all forms of loafing in today's changing workplace. Some activities are clearly an abuse of company policy. But some may appear to be loafing when, in fact, they are not. HR managers need to learn how to tell the difference and unearth the causes of real loafing. |
