Tiivistelmä: | In the paper, a theoretical framework explaining the effective use of teams for the maintenance and development of business relationships with customers is presented. In the approach, results both from business relationship research and team effectiviness research are integrated. Team composition, group processes and the organizational context are suggested to be the crucial antecedents of team task performance. Also, hypotheses for empirical testing are derived. |
