| Tiivistelmä: | Adjusting and optimizing economic structure are an important task China is faced with at present. Being a structure-upgrading strategic adjustment, this adjustment is different from other adjustments before in essence. So many theoretical and practical issues need to be studies and explored thoroughly. Starting from such theoretical premises as dual relationships in economic structure, the systematic principle and dynamical features of structure and combinating with the major issues in the current structural adjustment in China, this paper puts forward the following train of thought on adjustment: system adjustment and economical adjustment develop simultaneously, partial adjustment and overall adjustment are coordinated and transitional adjustment and objective adjustment are combined. |
