| Tiivistelmä: | Establishing the investment fund for sino-foreign jointly funded high-tech industries is another new strategic measure taken by China's special economic zones and bonded areas for further expanding opening to the outside world and raising the level of utilizing foreign investment. It follows the principles of combination by raising funds, legislation before trial implementation, moderate scale, the Chinese side holding the controlling share, tenderer management, open fund taking the form of a company. Its functions include the following: promoting the translation of high and new sci-tech achievements into practical productive forces; optimizing the various kinds of financial assets of domestic and overseas high-tech enterprises which the fund is entrusted with the management of; raising funds for industrial upgrading; and so on. |
