| Tiivistelmä: | The fundamental problem facing our economic development is the "hollowing" phenomenon emerging in the process of old industries giving place to new ones. Among various factors, the institutional factor plays a decisive role. Countermeasures to deal with this problem are as follows.As far as a long-term fundamental solution is concerned, we should take marketization and externalization which develop in depth as its engine as well as take the acceleration of the development of urbanization in large as its core and raise the energy level of industrialization and the information level of our national economy all-sidedly. Taking short-term solution into consideration, we should take stimulating effective demand as the leading factor, initiate the two hot spots in consumption, namely residential houses and private cars as soon as possible,etc |
