| Tiivistelmä: | Since the establishment of special economic zones (SEZ) in China, high and new technology has always taken the lead there. Starting from the first half of 1998, Asia-Europe and China-US international submarine cables were connected in succession with Shantou Special Economic Zone and Shanghai as the linking points in China. Besides, "Pudong International Economic and Trade Value-Added Information Project" was started and "Shantou Information Network" established. They have made China's special economic zones the important nodes of international communication networks. To implement the value-added information projects in special economic zones and bonded areas, we should take it as the core strategy of SEZ, provide legal protection and necessary service, establish risk financing mechanism and enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises. |
