| Tiivistelmä: | Reviewing the developing process of consumer cooperatives in China, we can obtain the following revelations: Such economic organizational form as employees' consumer cooperative has strong vitality; it is a long-term task to establish and develop employees' consumer cooperative. In the new period of our reform and opening up, the establishing of employees' consumer cooperatives is beneficial to perfecting social security mechanism, promoting the development of the tertiary industry and strengthening the cohesive force of trade unions. Resumption and development of employees' consumer cooperative should take the path of socialization and standardization, intensify the supporting force of policies, strengthen management and make institutions perfect. It should leave favorable conditions to employees and help the poor. |
