The national fixed assets investment will be around 17% up. The consumption environment will be further improved. The retail sales of consumer goods will be about 10% up. Export will see more difficulties with maybe zero or negative growth. The domestic situation is stable. The inflation pressure is less. The international revenue and expenditure are basically in balance. RMB is basically stable interest rate. At the same time, when money supply is properly increased, the loan and credit structure regulation will be stressed more and financial control and monitoring will be intensified. The national debt will go up properly. The tax collection and control will be tightened and so on. |
