| Tiivistelmä: | Before the measures of directly start the investment and consumption among the people have not fully their effective roles, under the condition that the situation of dejected export demands is not reversed, and to support necessary increase margin, it is necessary that China should stick to active financial expansion policy in the later half of this year and the first half of next year. In future, China should further her active financial policy, increase the issue of national debt, enlarge government expense and China needs to consider to regulate her financial expenditure structure and government investment direction in order to closely connect the application of this policy with starting social investment among the people and consumption demands. |
