| Tiivistelmä: | Understanding the determinants of teamwork in China is integral to developing a people-first PRC strategy. This article presents results of a 1998 survey, with 4 US-invested enterprises (or USIEs) participating in southern and central China. Though a total of 700 employees in these 4 USIEs were surveyed, this article reports on the results for 2 companies with 284 and 226 surveyed employees. |
