| Tiivistelmä: | Some problems, such as lower high-tech commodity proportion in export exchange, and traditional trade way, are still existed in the tax-protection areas in Chinese special regions at present. So after China join in WTO, we should heighten each degree industry technical content and accelerate trade way modernization, e-business as a body, and carry out strategies "promote e-business with market, vice versa", such as to build up platform to enforce net in order to make up e-business system in special regions, foster and import international first-class talents and set up law about e-business. |
