| Tiivistelmä: | This study develops a conceptualization of business ethics as practice (here as: e-as-pr). Ethics is examined in relation to the ambiguous, unpredictable, and subjective contexts of managerial action. In addition, it is investigated how discursively constituted practice relates to managerial subjectivity and the possibilities of managers being moral agents. It is concluded with discussion on how the 'e-as-pr.' approach provides theoretical resources for studying the different ways that ethics manifest themselves in organizations etc. |
