| Tiivistelmä: | Flexible adaptation to the changing environment is a strategic challenge for the management. Corporate development means a change of the potentials of the system. A potential-orientated concept as a theoretical reference framework for its explanation is suggested. This model facilitates the consideration of individual types and areas of potentials and of the total potential from the perspective of development theory. The change of use-potentials lead to adequate variation of performance potential. Management capacity has a vital role in the development of an enterprise. |
