Tiivistelmä:Last week IBA decided to increase advertising on TV by 14 minutes a day, but refused to allow more commercials in peak time. This has been the first change in the ratio of ads for 30 years. IBA's decision was in the interest of the public.IBA's new limit won't stop the escalation of the cost of airtime. It will mean only a 4-5% rise in the audience delivered to advertisers.
