| Tiivistelmä: | The ambiguity surrounding the scientific status of management studies, the under-capitalization of schools and the low credit given in course-work to professional experience constitute the three major handicaps of the French management training system which could hurdle its adaptation to the new European environment. To find a way out of this situation, a series of measures are proposed that should be applied by the different actors concerned. Such measures would enable a reconciliation between the two vital dimensions of their strategies: meeting corporate requirements and the search for excellence and better corporate spirit. |
