| Tiivistelmä: | China is supposed to take seriously circulation systems between urban and rural areas, between regions and between agricultural and industrial products, and remove irrational, and even harmful manmade obstacles in the course of circulation. Only when farm produce has found a way out and farmers income has increased can urban industrial products expand markets and a domestic unified market come into being. The actual situation at home and interest of the working class must be taken into consideration. China should not focus on development of such high-grade shopping centers as the "large-shopping city". |
