| Tiivistelmä: | The thinking of deepening reform of vegetable circulation system is as follows: establishing a good and orderly mechanism of integrating production and marketing, strengthening and perfecting the construction of whole- sale market, introducing the mechanism of chain business operation, developing modern operation and marketing mode and perfecting macro regulation and control over market according to the requirements of market economy to create conditions for bringing into play the state-owned vegetable circulation enterprises' role of "main channel". To do so, first, we may select for experiment several enterprises which have done well in the construction of bases and wholesale markets, and chain business operation. Then, on that basis, we will sum up their experiences and spread them. |
