| Tiivistelmä: | The capacity bottlenecks of today are the loading problems of tomorrow. This applies especially to companies that experience marked seasonal fluctuations in the production area. A practical guide is described and evaluated which successfully can be applied to the organization and structural arrangement of works functions for the next ten years. The main parts of the proposed planning instrument are: goal planning, works development planning, detailed planning, planning of implementation. Three steps of the - capacity planning process are described and analyzed. A gradual approximation to the structural, systems and process conditions of the long-operation of a company is presented. |
