Tiivistelmä: | This paper discusses the basic characteristics of a typical leadership-based education model. The delivery framework is based on project management methodology. This model is particularly suitable for cultivating group creativity and lateral thinking. It is bound to emphasize the application of knowledge ad hence the utility and relevance of the underlying theoretical concepts because of its reliance on real-life problems and contexts as learning vehicles. The paper demonstrates that from the stand point of efficiency, effectiveness and relevance the leadership-based training methodology developed would be far better to the traditional didactic style of education. |
