| Tiivistelmä: | Companies in the contracting business focus their business strategy on the implementation of individual orders from customers. In the contracting business a customeroriented project management provides in principle a decentralized organizational structure to implement an intrapreneurial management system. Based on longterm practical experiences in the contracting business the author focuses on an inte- grated approach to implement sucessfully an intrapreneurial project management concept. Such implementation requires a mixture of "hard" and "soft" facts of a management system. The experiences of the author have led to the conclusion, that the complexity of project management systems in this type of business cannot be reduced or handled just by means of various comprehensive checklists. |
