Tiivistelmä: | The common assessment of success on Information Systems/ Information Technology (IS/IT) projects is that it is derived on time, to budget and it meets the specification. However, this is taking a very narrow view of criteria and how a project is measured. The criteria for success is much wider, incorporating the views of all stakeholders in the project. This paper examines the limited research on the issue and develops a set of criteria appropriate to all IS/IT projects, using research as illustrations. |
