| Tiivistelmä: | This paper is based on a case study featuring the introduction of a new Management Information System in a large, corporate-structured, project-engineering organization. The aim was to review the project and to assess perceptions of success amongst different stakeholder interests. To this end, the responses of senior managers as well as system developers and end-users including project-managers within the respective business units, were evaluated by detailed interview. |
