| Tiivistelmä: | Configuration Management is a topic which is misunderstood and often neglected in developing Information Systems/ technology (IS/IT) projects. Such projects involve many changes throughout the life cycle of the project and these changes are not dealt with in any systematic and disciplined approach. Consequently, some required changes are not delivered and changes which are made do not consider the effect of the change on other aspects of the project. |
