| Tiivistelmä: | This article presents the results of an exploratory study of U.K. organizations of methods (here as: mds.) for meeting project (here as: proj.) key performance indicators (KPIs). The paper explores e.g. the following: influences on the use of mds. to manage proj. KPIs, the need for and existence of mds., the factors facilitating the meeting of the KPIs. It is concluded that the use of mds. varies depending on the perceived importance of the proj., the type of proj., the client-team relationship and whether an organization performance management system exists. |
