| Tiivistelmä: | During this period of rapid change in technology, the USA multiproduct, multidivisional firm needs to remain at the forefront of the technology-driven markets. An investment in a SAC (Scientific Advisory Committee), which is composed of a small body of outside scientists who act as advisers and auditors of the technology function of the firm, may be the new tool needed to increase the confidence of CEOs involved in new technology decisions in order to guide their firm's future. |
