| Tiivistelmä: | In the course of transforming to socialist market economy profound changes have taken place in peasants' behaviors. So we should study, bring to light the law governing it and take the corresponding measures, which is the objective basis of rationalized behavior of the government. The government must incorporate its own behavior in the orbit of objective of peasants' rational behavior to prevent dampening the enthusiasm of peasants. At the same time, we should induce, standardize and restrict peasants' irrational behavior to realize the unification of two behavioral objective. It reflects the characteristics and special law of socialist market economy. |
