| Tiivistelmä: | Corporate America appears to be reacting to the growing visibility of unethical behaviour by reforming their ethics programs commensurate with their individual and industrial priorities. For most companies there is no one central department that handles ethical matters. Chief executive and individual workers shared equal and primary responsibility for ethical conduct nearly twice as often as either the department heads, the personnel department heads, the personnel department or the company president. Some companies offer innovative programs. |
