Tiivistelmä:Achievement motivation (nAch) is a term that has been used in psychology to describe the personal striving of individuals to achieve goals within their social environment.Several researchers suggest that achievement motivation is based on a number of underlying factors. But no scale has been developed that includes all these factors. Such a scale for research usage is developed. Over 3 studies, a 49-item scale was produced which measures 7 factors.
