| Tiivistelmä: | It is shown through the example of Sprint Communications Corp. and of some other big information services users that in application development projects nontechnologists have been put in charge , and with remarkable success. A recent survey of 300 companies illustrates how substantial non-IS management of projects has become. 45 percent said that client/server systems implementation was managed by someone outside the management information system. Some case stories are described that support this idea. |
