| Tiivistelmä: | Since the 1990s, the liability structure of state-owned enterprises has become increasingly unreasonable. The negative influence of debt crisis become increasingly great, which hinders the reform. The way to solve the debt crisis of state-owned enterprises should be turning enterprises' assets of obligation into securities. Turning enterprises' assets of obligation into securities is actually a process of enlivening stagnant assets of obligation and other assets of obligation again. Advantages lie in the following aspects: (1)selling part of obligatory assets by means of securities may lighten enterprises' liability burden and optimize their structure of assets. (2)selling obligatory assets which is of a high weighting coefficiency of risks may bring down the risk of capital and raise capital's sufficiency ratio; etc.. |
