| Tiivistelmä: | Trust is essential if cooperation is to flourish. There has been more mistrust than trust in many companies in recent years, non the least due to the rigorous reduction of personnel in the course of one-sided lean management concepts. In this article, the author shows how to reduce mistrust and promote trust, namely with his proposed strategy of 10 steps. |
