| Tiivistelmä: | Some preferential policies which will be cancelled in the eastern area may continue to be carried out in the central and western areas. But the degree of preference incorporated in polices practised in these areas should not be lower than that in the eastern area and may even be relatively higher. Restrictions may be relaxed to the industries which can introduce foreign investment in the central and western areas. The forms of attracting foreign investment in these areas may be more flexible. In addition, the degree of preference incorporated in open policy implemented in the areas along the border may be increased. |
