| Tiivistelmä: | The development of high and new technology in Guangdong and Hong Kong areas lies in its combination with the local traditional industries and the development of high and new applied technology in Hong Kong's finance and service industries and in Pearl River Delta's light processing industry. At the same time, they must transform these two areas' relatively backward production facilities, technology and improve their management. The strategically cooperation between these two areas, in fact, is a "compound effect" resulting from the cooperation between the two local governments and strategic alliance formed between the enterprises in these two areas. |
