| Tiivistelmä: | In the work of introducing foreign investment, we should handle well the relationship between sci-tech-intensive and labor-intensive introduction of foreign investment in order to guide foreign investment towards the products featuring large scale, high level, high sci-tech contents and high value-added. We also have to improve the legal environment for investment, standardize investment behavior, take a correct attitude towards service and strengthen after-investment service management. Besides we must make cheeks at such levels as project-examining and approving and evaluating and fund-checking to prevent invisible assets of old enterprises from draining and will gradually give "national treatment" to foreign investors. |
