| Tiivistelmä: | The main difficult points in realising the goal of "being fairly well-off" in China's rural areas are as follows: To make the per capita net income of peasants reach the level of "being fairly well-off" is more difficult. It is difficult to realise the goal in the central and western areas as well as the poverty-stricken counties. Agriculture with low labour productivity is the difficult point in industries. To accelerate the course of realising such a goal, this paper raises the following measures: 1. taking fully the advantage of natural resources and rich labour resources to develop "large-scale agriculture" and the secondary and tertiary industries, 2. speeding up the turning of sci-tech findings into products and raising the quality of labourers, 3. quickening the process of agricultural industrialisation, etc. |
