| Tiivistelmä: | The actually utilized foreign investment in Hebei province totaled US$ 1 billion in 1995 and rose to US$ 1.6 billion in 1996. Among it, foreign direct investment amounted to US$ 1.236 billion, accounting for near 4% of the whole country's. But there exist some problems, such as irrational structure, less international corporations and poor efficiency. In view of the above, Hebei province should continue to improve the investment environment in accordance with the conditions for international capital flow to form the specific superiority of Hebei province in regional position. In terms of sources of funds, Hong Kong should be taken as the key point of key points. Besides, utilizing foreign investment and adjusting industrial structure should be combined. |
