| Tiivistelmä: | The policy of "soft landing" of China's macroeconomy is the only one choice to end the circle of China's investment expand as well as the barrier to prevent China from financial crisis. The policy basically insure China's macroeconomic tability in the financial crisis. The main problems in current economy are the follows: total demand is insufficient , the amount of unemployment is nearing the maximum; deflation is resulted from true interest rate; there exists inbenefit assets in the bank systems. The economic policy in 1998 should have 4 main targets: to keep proper speed of economic growth, to promote the reform of state-owned enterprises, to resolve the problem of unemployment, to raise the quality of assets in banks, to make exchange rate stable. |
