| Tiivistelmä: | China's financial and capital markets will become the new "hot points" of foreign investment. Although the financial crisis like one in Mexico doesn't happen in China, the following factors should arouse our high attention: Foreign investors have made profits by speculation and issued high- interest loans both at home and abroad by taking the chances of higher interests of RMB and shortage of funds in China. So three premises are needed for the overall opening of China's financial market. 1.The relationship between ownership and finance must be clear; 2. The laws and regulations governing financial and capital markets must be formulated or perfected. 3. The commercial mechanism for mainland's financial and capital markets should be established initially. |
