| Tiivistelmä: | At present, Shanghai's financing market ranks first among the various financing markets in the country. It has played an active role in adjusting the structures of products and industries, optimizing the allocation of social resources and speeding up the capital turn over. But there are still some problems such as lack of the internal restraint mechanism for market subject, poor quality of market object, imperfect market management and drawbacks in system. This paper expresses the following ideas on the development of Shanghai's financing market: defining the development objectives, cultivating and developing the elements of financing market and strengthening the training of qualified persons. |
