Capital markets sometimes are the important indicator variable observing the changes of monetary policies besides the indirect influence on monetary policies through money markets. In recent years, China's capital markets have developed rapidly but-it is so chaotic that their operation has already exerted great negative influence on the effect of monetary policies. So it is urgent to further perfect and develop capital markets. |
