| Tiivistelmä: | After China has experienced near 20 years of reform and opening up, its old single state-owned capital has changed into the capital including state-owned capital, non governmental capital, capital from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan as well as the eastern area, and foreign capital, thus forming initially a basic framework of capital market. At present, the urgent thing to do is to perfect further its capital market in the reform of state-owned enterprises and economic development in China. To do so, this paper raises the following suggestions: 1. enlivening as soon as possible the stock of capital, 2. expanding the scale of stock market according to a plan to strengthen direct financing market, 3.enhancing the co-operation between regional capital markets to promote China's economic integration. |
