| Tiivistelmä: | To design the development model of China's capital market, the following principle should be followed: On one hand, the capital market for direct financing should be developed moderately to make investment risks and return symmetrical so that the social credit risk would not be too concentrated On the other hand, the payment crisis of state banks can not be touched off due to the diversion of banks' savings deposit. Therefore, a feasible alternative model is to "paint a picture with two brushes" that is, to ensure the simultaneous development of two types of capital markets with an aim at realizing the balance of two kinds of financing modes and the optimized allocation of financial resources. |
