| Tiivistelmä: | There exist many problems in the development of investment fund market in China. The subject of establishing a fund, the capital formation of a fund and the form of the investment fund organization are all not standardized. In addition, the trust relationship and the nature of funds are not clear either. The information-releasing of funds is not done well. The laws and regulations on the management of funds are backward. The proportion of investment is irrational. And there is a lack of professional personnel. In view of these problems, we should establish and perfect laws and regulations on funds, bring into play the role of the self-discipline organs of industries, determine the organizational formation of investment funds according to the national situation and perfect the system of financial markets. |
